The long wait is nearly over. College football is nearly back in full force. Before the season starts off with one of the best opening weekends in history, take a look at EVERY uniform change that happened during the summer. There's a lot here. A total of 116 teams, from the Power 5 conferences all the way to Division 3, made at least a minor tweak. The following list is in alphabetical order by conference.

As happens every year, Under Armour has a new lineup of merchandise for the upcoming athletic season. Last year wasn't the strongest for Under Armour, but this year looks to have a bit more potential. The majority of these products, images, and prices come from the AUTeamShop.

The more I dive into Auburn's uniform history, the more I enjoy the tiny details that have gotten lost over time. One of my favorites is that of the SEC patches. When was the first time Auburn sported the conference patch? Now there's a random trivia question for you. Believe it or not, it was only 20 years ago - the 1998-99 season. That season was a rough one for the Tigers, aesthetically and athletically. The team went 3-8 on the season and wore the often loved, often hated Tiger Eyes logo on the pants for the first and only time in program history. Thankfully, for many, that was the final time Auburn would wear the orange drop shadow uniforms.

A-Day games are a wonderful chance for fans to enjoy some Auburn football during the off-season and see football for a little while during the long wait between seasons. While the majority of fans enjoy seeing the new players wearing the Auburn orange and blue for the first time, I'm always excited to see the old uniform template back, even without the nameplates on the back. One thing I noticed last season was on RB Jovon Robinson's jersey - the #2 was different than the rest of the team. I put it off as a random mistake and never thought anything else about it.

The 2014 season saw the Auburn Soccer program break out some new kits that featured the football team's infamous Northwestern Stripes across the chest, in a typical soccer sash style. Last year, the team added a new orange set for the goal keepers to match the rest of the team. The upcoming season, which starts with an exhibition match against Alabama on August 11th, will see the Auburn Tigers sporting another new set of uniforms, albeit with slight changes from the previous set.
